The World Health Organization, the UN and UNICEF have been working for years to promote and guarantee respect for human rights in pregnancy and post-partum.
Respect for pregnant woman and children are at the heart of global health policies.
In this context, verbal abuse or lack of clear explanations also violates human rights.
CiaoLapo since 2006 has promoted the respect and human rights of couples who lose children during pregnancy or after birth, through three main actions: research, advocacy, education.

Claudia Ravaldi

CiaoLapo è una associazione non lucrativa fondata nel 2006 da Claudia Ravaldi, medico psichiatra e psicoterapeuta e Alfredo Vannacci, medico farmacologo. CiaoLapo presta sostegno psicologico e assistenza alle famiglie che affrontano la complessa e dolorosa esperienza della morte di un bambino durante la gravidanza o dopo la nascita, per qualunque motivo e a qualunque età gestazionale.
